Health Log

Keeping a health log is an important aspect of figuring out what works for your body and weeding out those problem foods, drinks, and supplements that have a negative effect.

I track my stress, sleep, suspected problem foods, my poop, supplementation, sexual activity, and notes related to the way I felt that day.  You should also keep a log as it provides a ‘reality reference’ rather than depending on your memory. My point here is that you need a journal to be able to reference what works and what doesn’t.

Within my log I’ve documented all of my tests with each supplement along with notes about my body’s response.  I also have notes about mixing supplements, which I don’t recommend you try until you know how each reacts with your body.  Sometimes 2 good supplements mixed have a negative outcome.  I have notes relating to supplements that increase testosterone, boost my armpit odor, increase my ‘hang’, and other categories.

I provide a log in Excel format with the purchase of my ebook, “Title”.  The log has my notes about supplements, my current cycle of supplements, miscellaneous notes, and a sample of real data from my health log.
