You’re playing the testosterone game and the deck is stacked against you. It takes work but you can cheat this game and get back what you’ve lost. What if I told you that everything you’ve been taught about healthy eating is a lie? Don’t believe me? There are 3 things that a man NEEDS to eat in order to produce testosterone…saturated fat, cholesterol, and carbohydrates…the 3 things that I was taught to avoid because they are unhealthy. Were you taught the same? Do you specifically eat foods because they contain these T-building substances? I didn’t but I sure do now.
The war isn’t just the food lies. It’s much larger than that. Household chemicals, shampoos, soaps, toothpastes, canned foods, processed foods, plastics, cash register receipts, city water…these all contain substances that reduce your testosterone. Like I said, it’s larger and it certainly is a war. However, it’s a war that you can survive. It will require lifestyle changes and commitment but you CAN do this.
Then we’re attacked with psychological warfare telling us that men should be more like women. Telling us it’s wrong to feel like a man. Bombarding us with homosexuality on every television show. Putting anti-man stories into the news cycle persistently. Beware, the TV is a very powerful weapon. You have the power to make changes in your life including limiting screen time.
Why the War On T? I’m not in a position to answer that. You’ll probably never know the reason for the war, but the fact that you are here reading this means you are likely to be one of the few who recovers their drive and gets back to a fulfilling sex life. After all, you are a man and you deserve to feel and function like a man.
